Senior Associate - Employment
Bristol
A leading Top 100 UK law firm with a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked Employment team is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing practice in Bristol.
Working with a broad client base including businesses, public sector organisations and charities, you will:
- Advise on a wide range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
- Support HR teams and senior management on employee relations issues, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and restructures.
- Manage Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish, including ACAS Early Conciliation.
- Advise on complex issues including discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE and workplace investigations.
- Work closely with corporate, commercial and dispute resolution colleagues on cross-disciplinary matters.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQE in Employment law.
- Strong experience advising employer clients on a broad range of employment matters.
- Proven Employment Tribunal experience.
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisation and drafting skills.
- Enthusiastic about business development and keen to contribute to team growth.
