The Role
You will work alongside some of the most respected Employment partners in the market, advising an outstanding client base ranging from household name businesses and multinational organisations through to high growth companies and major public sector bodies.

Your caseload will span the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including complex tribunal litigation, TUPE, restructures and redundancies, executive exits, restrictive covenants, corporate support, workforce strategy, and day-to-day advisory work.
This role is particularly suited to ambitious Employment lawyers looking to accelerate their progression, with experienced partners who are genuinely invested in developing the next generation of senior lawyers, providing direct mentoring, significant client exposure, and involvement in strategically important matters from day one.
