An opportunity has arisen for an Employment Senior Associate to join a highly regarded employment team with an established reputation for advising senior executives and employers on complex and high-profile workplace matters. This role will sit within the firm's dedicated senior-executive practice.

The Team

The team is recognised for its expertise in senior executive disputes, strategic exits, internal investigations, whistleblowing claims, discrimination matters, and complex Employment Tribunal litigation. Clients include a broad range of organisations and senior individuals across the financial services, insurance, tech, and professional services sectors.

This role offers exposure to a diverse and intellectually challenging caseload, including:

  • Advising senior executives, partners, and directors on career moves, team moves, and contentious departures.
  • Handling high-value employment disputes, including discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract claims.
  • Supporting clients through sensitive workplace investigations and regulatory-related employment issues.
  • Advising employers on complex people matters, including senior hires, exits, and risk management.
  • Delivering strategic employment law advice to clients operating in highly regulated sectors.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years PQE and have strong technical employment law experience gained with a reputable employment team. Experience acting for senior executives is essential. Ideally, you will have experience advising individuals from sectors such as financial and professional services.
