About the Freeths Employment Team
Our Employment, Pensions and Immigration team comprises more than 50 specialists across our 12 offices nationwide and is led by Rena Magdani, National Head of Employment, Pensions & Immigration. Rena is ranked Band 1 by Chambers & Partners and is recognised in The Legal 500 Hall of Fame for Employment.
We provide a specialist employment law and HR advisory service to a range of companies from PLCs to SMEs. This includes advice on disciplinary and grievance matters, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, restructures and strategic advice to senior management teams and boards. We also advise senior executives and professionals in all aspects of the employment relationship. We have established a reputation for providing timely responses and pragmatic, cost-effective solutions.

The role
We are seeking a Senior or Managing Associate, ideally with 5 + PQE, to join our friendly and dynamic team and be based in either our Leicester, Nottingham or Birmingham offices. The team continues to experience rapid growth, so this role would suit someone who is looking to get involved in business development and shaping the future strategy of the team.
