Hybrid Working | Berkshire | One Office Day Per Week
Looking for more than just another job? Kalra Legal Group is a specialist employment law firm with ambitious plans for growth over the next five years. We are now looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join our expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to play a meaningful role within a growing firm, work closely with experienced employment lawyers, and genuinely influence the future direction of the business.

The Role
You will manage your own varied employment law caseload and advise on matters including:
- Settlement Agreements
- Unfair Dismissal
- Discrimination Claims
- Redundancy
- Grievances and Disciplinary Procedures
- Whistleblowing
- Employment Tribunal Litigation
- Restrictive Covenants
- General HR and Employment Law Advisory Work
The successful candidate will have responsibility, client contact, and autonomy from day one, whilst benefiting from support and mentoring from senior lawyers where required.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
- Is a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in employment law.
- Has strong technical employment law knowledge.
- Is ambitious and motivated to progress their career.
- Is commercially aware and client-focused.
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Is proactive and solutions-driven.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Wants to contribute to a growing and successful firm.

Being a genuine team player is essential.
Business Development and Networking
The successful candidate will be willing to dedicate approximately one day per month to networking and business development activities. This includes attending professional networking events and business groups, including our established networking connections in Mayfair and Central London.

Salary & Benefits
Salary
£50,000 - £58,000 depending on experience
