This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing law firm with a strong presence across the North West. The firm has built an impressive reputation for delivering practical, commercial legal advice to a diverse portfolio of business clients and is investing heavily in the continued growth of its Employment team.
Your new role
You will join a busy and highly regarded Employment team advising employer clients on a broad range of employment law matters. The role offers a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including employment tribunal litigation, workplace disputes, HR advisory matters, restructures, employment documentation, and business support work.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE and a strong background in employment law. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing their own caseload, handling tribunal matters, advising employer clients on day-to-day employment issues, and providing commercially focused legal advice.
