Employment Solicitor
A leading law firm located close to Marylebone in London are seeking an Employment Solicitor from 1-2 years PQE to join their team.
Working alongside a supportive team, the successful candidate will have experience of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters, handling their own caseload autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Drafting and advising on contracts of employment
- Advise, draft and negotiate on settlement agreements
- Have experience of defending on unfair dismissal claims
- Be able to advise on disciplinary and grievance matters
- TUPE
- Advise on business transfers
- Be able to advise on termination and redundancy matters

Person Specification
- 1-2 years PQE as an Employment lawyer and admitted to practice within England & Wales
- Academic background with 2:1 at degree level or equivalent
- Highly focused
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
