Senior Employment Solicitor, Suffolk – Circa £70,000–£85,000 DOE

A highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor, ideally 10+ PQE, to join its established and growing Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate or experienced Employment Solicitor looking for greater autonomy, high-quality work and a genuine route towards partnership.

The Role

You will advise a varied employer client base across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including employment agreements, Settlement Agreements, strategic employment advice and Employment Tribunal matters. The team works closely with the firm's HR consultancy specialists, providing clients with an integrated employment and HR service – offering an interesting and commercially focused environment in which to develop your career.

There will also be opportunities to:

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Represent clients in Tribunal proceedings
  • Deliver client seminars, webinars and training
  • Contribute to business development and networking
  • Support and mentor junior members of the team
  • Play an active role in the continued growth of the Employment practice

About You

You will ideally have 10+ years' PQE in Employment law and experience advising employer clients across both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Seeking someone who is:

  • Commercially minded and client focused
  • Confident handling a varied Employment caseload
  • A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Interested in developing their profile and contributing to business growth
  • Keen to progress their career, with partnership potential available

You don't need to be an existing Partner or have a significant following. The firm is interested in meeting strong Employment lawyers who want to develop and build their career within a successful regional practice.
