Farleys has entered an exciting new chapter. Following our recent partnership with Lawfront, we're growing our successful Employment team and looking for a talented 2-4 years' PQE Employment Solicitor to join us - working across our Lancashire offices (you'll have a home base, but travel across offices is required).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a genuinely varied caseload and wants to be part of a forward-thinking firm during a period of real expansion.
The Role
You'll work across both employer and employee matters, handling a broad mix of advisory and contentious employment work. Expect a healthy blend of tribunal cases, day-to-day HR support, contracts and policies, discrimination matters, and business-focused advice.
You'll have the autonomy to run your own files while being supported by a friendly, collaborative team that values knowledge-sharing and professional development.

What We're Looking For
- Ideally 2-4 years' PQE in Employment Law
- Experience acting for both claimants and respondents
- Strong technical ability and a confident approach to client care
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and contributing to a growing department
