SENIOR ASSOCIATE | EMPLOYMENT | BIRMINGHAM | INTERNATIONAL FIRM
I’m currently working with one of the UK’s leading international firms, who are looking to make a key hire into their growing Employment team in Birmingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor looking to join a high-quality team and work on a broad range of complex, high-value matters.
- Salary: Up to £87,000
- Location: Birmingham
- Hybrid working available
- Leading international firm
The Role
You will have the opportunity to work across a varied and high-quality Employment caseload, including:
- Employment litigation, including preparing ET3s, drafting schedules and counter-schedules of loss, undertaking legal research and supporting advocacy preparation
- Managing workplace investigations, including fact-finding, document review and drafting investigation reports
- Advising on disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancies, TUPE, employment status and senior exits
- Leading on larger transactions and complex employment matters
- Supporting and leading transformation projects, including restructuring, outsourcing and organisational change programmes
- Preparing consultation materials and supporting project management on larger organisational change matters
