SENIOR ASSOCIATE | EMPLOYMENT | BIRMINGHAM | INTERNATIONAL FIRM

I’m currently working with one of the UK’s leading international firms, who are looking to make a key hire into their growing Employment team in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor looking to join a high-quality team and work on a broad range of complex, high-value matters.

  • Salary: Up to £87,000
  • Location: Birmingham
  • Hybrid working available
  • Leading international firm

The Role

You will have the opportunity to work across a varied and high-quality Employment caseload, including:

  • Employment litigation, including preparing ET3s, drafting schedules and counter-schedules of loss, undertaking legal research and supporting advocacy preparation
  • Managing workplace investigations, including fact-finding, document review and drafting investigation reports
  • Advising on disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancies, TUPE, employment status and senior exits
  • Leading on larger transactions and complex employment matters
  • Supporting and leading transformation projects, including restructuring, outsourcing and organisational change programmes
  • Preparing consultation materials and supporting project management on larger organisational change matters
