Employment Lawyer | Remote | Permanent | Full or Part Time
Due to expansion and growth, a law firm is building a new, dedicated team of employment specialists to manage volume employment tribunal litigation for a small group of key clients. They're looking for a motivated and experienced employment lawyer to join them.
This is a chance to step outside the traditional private practice model. You'll work as a true extension of the clients' in-house legal teams while staying connected to the firm's wider UK Employment team and its training.

What you'll be doing
- Handling volume litigation, mainly unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
- Working collaboratively within the team, with a degree of independence
- Supporting junior team members and demonstrating best practice
- Building and maintaining client relationships

What you'll bring
- Qualified solicitor with a good academic record (degree or equivalent)
- Solid experience in general employment matters, including collective and individual redundancy, unfair dismissal and all aspects of discrimination
- The ability to manage a high caseload to tight deadlines
- Expert drafting and clear communication skills
- Technology awareness
- Employment tribunal exposure is ideal. Volume litigation experience and supervising juniors are a bonus.
