- You will be involved in a broad range of employment matters, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues and helping them navigate complex and often sensitive situations.
- Take ownership of Employment Tribunal matters and complex employment disputes.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients and become a valued strategic adviser.
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider National Service Line and firm.

Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
- You will be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing your own caseload.
- A strong communicator, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in business development and growing client relationships.
- Experience of advocacy is essential.
