Lawyer

We are recruiting for a talented Lawyer to join our hugely successful Employment team in Manchester. We are also open to applications from those in other locations, such as Cardiff, Liverpool and London.

We’re seeking those with experience in equality/discrimination and have experience of employment tribunals. We would like those who are extremely proficient within Employment law and have the ability to manage client meetings and lead complex negotiations. It's also vital to have experience within redundancy and restructure, employment terminations and TUPE agreements.

We would be looking for those with the ability to advise on various matters such as discrimination, redundancy and contracts (along with reviewing and drafting contracts). There will also be further duties, including (but not limited to) negotiating settlements, supporting our clients through their cases, managing your own caseload and providing top class legal advice where required.

What We Offer In Return

We have a wide range of core and voluntary benefits:

  • 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays
  • Option to buy or sell up to 5 extra days of leave
  • Employee referral bonus scheme
  • Annual bonus scheme (discretionary)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
