Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE) Birmingham

Leading National Law Firm

A highly regarded national law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its successful and expanding Birmingham team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside a Legal 500 recognised Partner, advising an impressive client base on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

  • You'll be acting for employers across a variety of sectors, advising on the full spectrum of employment law including restructures, redundancies, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance matters, absence management, and settlement agreements.
  • You'll also take the lead on Employment Tribunal litigation, support clients through complex workplace issues, and develop long-term relationships with key clients.

The team is recognised for delivering commercially focused advice and has been involved in a number of high-profile employment matters. As a senior member of the team, you'll play an active role in mentoring junior lawyers, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice through business development and networking.

Requirements

  • Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of five years PQE gained within a respected employment practice.
  • You will have strong technical skills, excellent commercial awareness, and the confidence to manage your own caseload while supporting and developing those around you.
  • Experience of acting for employer clients is essential, together with a genuine enthusiasm for building lasting client relationships.
