The Role
- Employee/Claimant only solicitors – predominantly unfair dismissal, discrimination, and settlement agreement
- Running Tribunal claims from start to finish
- Assessing prospects of success and determining best methods of funding
- Preparing early conciliation forms
- Drafting and lodging ET1’s
- Advising a client on the law and legal issues relating to their case
- Drafting documents, letters, and contracts tailored to the client's individual needs
- Supervising and reviewing the work of a small team of trainee solicitors and paralegal.

Required Criteria
- Employment law specialist
- 2 - 4 years PQE
- Claimant background
- Experience of running own case load and Tribunal claims from start to finish
- Advocacy experience
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and conversation
- Ability to plan work and prioritise tasks

- Salary to be discussed
- Mon – Friday 9 – 5 (35 hours)
- 25 holidays P/A + stats
