You will develop your expertise across a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, support clients with disciplinary and grievance affairs, attend employment tribunals when necessary, draft and guide employment contracts, policies and procedures, and actively engage with the business development of the firm.


The Candidate

This firm is welcoming applications from newly qualified Solicitors who have demonstrable experience dealing with a wealth of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. A strong technical approach, sound commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and fantastic client care skills are all vital to the application process. In addition to this, the successful candidate will:

  • Competently adhere to the AML process
  • Possess a proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive, collaborative team
