Based in London. This firm has an excellent reputation and are a go-to for both founder led businesses and big corporates.
About the Role
As an Employment Solicitor, you’ll gain exposure to a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
You’ll mostly work on the employer side, though will also get exposure to Senior Executive and employee representation work.
Being part of a small team, you will get lots of direct client contact and will make a real contribution to their businesses.
One day, you’ll be defending Employment Tribunal claims, and dealing with employee exits, the next, you’ll be handling corporate support, TUPE and advisory matters. You can therefore keep a broad skill set.
Continuous learning and development will be a priority.

Key Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
- Work mostly on the employer side, with some Senior Executive and employee representation work.
- Get lots of direct client contact and make a real contribution to clients' businesses.
- Defend Employment Tribunal claims and deal with employee exits.
- Handle corporate support, TUPE, and advisory matters.
- Continuously learn and develop with the support of the Partner and access to an online training platform.

Requirements
- 1-4 PQE Employment Solicitor.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Experience gained in private practice.
