Employment Solicitor
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: Up to £70,000 FTE dependent on chargeable hours + bonus after 2 years employment
Experience: 5 PQE+
We are looking for experienced and ambitious Solicitors to join our growing team of experienced 20 employment solicitors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking for high-quality work, genuine flexibility and strong support, without the traditional pressures of business development.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of quality legal work, working collaboratively with a team of 12 solicitors and supported by dedicated administrative and IT resources.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing your own caseload and delivering high-quality legal work.
- Providing a high standard of service and advice to clients.
- Progressing matters efficiently and meeting chargeable hour expectations.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the team.
- Converting suitable website enquiries into new instructions.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent outcomes.
- Taking ownership of your workload while benefiting from a supportive team environment.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A qualified solicitor with strong technical and client-facing skills.
- Experienced with respondent claims.
- Commercially aware and focused on delivering quality work.
- Organised, self-motivated and able to manage their own workload.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Collaborative and keen to work as part of a supportive team.
- Comfortable converting inbound website enquiries into work.
- Looking for genuine flexibility and long-term career development.
