Employment Solicitor – Leeds – Up to £50,000

A well-established and highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to work on a varied caseload acting for a diverse range of clients, including businesses, insurers, organisations, and individuals. The successful candidate will join an experienced and supportive team, handling both claimant and respondent employment matters while benefiting from excellent career development opportunities.

The Role:

  • Manage a varied caseload of contentious employment law matters from instruction through to resolution
  • Advise both claimant and respondent clients on a broad range of employment law issues
  • Provide practical, strategic, and commercially focused legal advice to businesses, insurers, and individual clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering an exceptional level of client service
  • Support colleagues with technical guidance and contribute to the ongoing development of the wider team
  • Manage litigation matters efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high service standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm on complex employment matters
  • Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation and case law

About You:

  • A Qualified Employment Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or equivalent legal professional
  • Experienced in managing a broad range of employment law matters
  • Confident advising on both claimant and respondent employment cases
  • Strong knowledge of employment litigation and dispute resolution
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied caseload
  • Passionate about delivering practical, commercial solutions and outstanding client service
