Employment Solicitor or Associate
We are looking for an Employment Solicitor or Associate to join our growing Employment team at Dutton Gregory. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with around 3–6 years’ PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, ambitious and forward-thinking law firm.
The role has come about due to an increase in work, and you will be joining an expanding team where you will support existing colleagues while building strong relationships with clients and developing your own career.
This role can be based from our Chandlers Ford, Winchester or Woking office. Working from home will be available once you have successfully completed probation and are settled into the team.
- Around 3–6 years’ PQE as a solicitor, ideally at Solicitor or Associate level.
- Strong knowledge and experience of employment law.
- The confidence to manage a varied workload and provide clear, commercially focused advice.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in supporting the wider team.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
- Knowledge of immigration and/or pensions law would be beneficial, although this is not essential.

As part of our Employment team, you will work on a varied caseload of employment law matters, supporting both clients and colleagues with clear, practical advice. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a broad range of work, contribute to the continued growth of the team and play an important part in delivering the high standards of service our clients expect.
You will be supported by experienced colleagues and encouraged to develop your technical expertise, confidence and client relationships as the team continues to expand.
