The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a busy and well-established Employment team. You will advise both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including day-to-day HR and employment law issues, employment contracts, policies and staff handbooks, settlement agreements, redundancy programmes and Employment Tribunal claims. You will also support corporate transactions by advising on TUPE and employment due diligence, whilst contributing to client training, networking and business development initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise within a collaborative team handling high-quality work for a diverse client base.

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with between 2-5 years PQE and solid experience in employment law. You will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, together with experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Exposure to both claimant and respondent work would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, confident building client relationships and keen to contribute to business development and marketing activities. Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills, together with the ability to manage your own caseload, are essential.
