A leading national law firm is seeking an Employment Associate or Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join its team in Birmingham, Bristol, or Leeds. With flexible hybrid working, this role offers the chance to advise major employer clients across sectors including government, health, housing, education, and financial services.

You will handle a varied mix of advisory, transactional, and contentious work. Typical matters include restructures, redundancy processes, employee relations, settlement negotiations, TUPE, due diligence, policy drafting, and complex litigation. There are also opportunities to deliver training, contribute to business development, and supervise junior colleagues.
