JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor

PQE: 2+ PQE

LOCATION: Birmingham

SALARY: GBP 65k plus

The Role

A highly regarded Employment team is seeking to build on its continued success with the addition of a talented and driven Employment Lawyer. Joining a supportive and collaborative team, the successful candidate will advise on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to join a firm that is genuinely invested in professional development, offering clear opportunities for progression and long-term career growth.

The Candidate

Applications are invited from Employment Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of two years PQE and proven experience managing their own caseload of employment matters, gained within a leading national or international law firm. The firm is keen to hear from ambitious individuals with a genuine passion for employment law and a strong aptitude for business development. Candidates should possess excellent technical expertise across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, together with the ability to deliver commercially focused advice. Experience of conducting your own advocacy would be advantageous.
