EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, LONDON, GBP 75,000 : GBP 95,000 DOE

Join a Top 50 UK law firm with a nationally recognised Employment team ranked by Legal 500 and Chambers. Offering high-quality work, genuine career progression, and exposure to a diverse client base, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a growing and dynamic team.

About the Role

Join a highly regarded Employment team acting for PLCs, SMEs, senior executives and professionals across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law. You will manage a varied caseload including:

  • Employment Tribunal litigation
  • Disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Unfair dismissal
  • Discrimination
  • Whistleblowing
  • Redundancy
  • Restructuring projects

You will provide strategic HR and employment law advice to clients.

Working with clients across a variety of sectors, including financial services, hospitality, transport, and professional services, you will advise on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including:

Requirements
