An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join the expanding Employment team of a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established and supportive team, advising both claimant and respondent clients across a broad range of employment law matters. The Role

You will manage a varied employment caseload, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters while delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing a broad caseload of claimant and respondent employment matters.
  • Advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy, discrimination, and unfair dismissal claims.
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
  • Providing clear, commercially focused advice to both businesses and individuals.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional levels of service.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the highest standards of client care.

The Candidate

Applications Are Welcomed From Employment Solicitors Who Can Demonstrate

  • A minimum of 5 years PQE in employment law.
  • Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Strong advocacy and Employment Tribunal experience.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach with a genuine commitment to client service.
