The Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a highly regarded Employment team recognised for advising on complex and high-profile employment matters.
Acting for employers, senior executives, and businesses across a broad range of sectors, you will advise on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including discrimination, restrictive covenants, TUPE, redundancy programmes, settlement agreements, unfair dismissal, HR advisory work, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
This is a chance to gain exposure to significant litigation before the Employment Tribunal, High Court, and appellate courts, while working closely with colleagues across specialist practice areas to deliver commercially focused advice. This position offers excellent client exposure, early responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to business development and profile-raising initiatives.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE and strong technical experience in employment law gained within a reputable practice. You will possess excellent technical knowledge across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, together with strong drafting, advocacy, and client management skills. Experience advising both employers and senior individuals would be highly advantageous, although candidates with a respondent or claimant background will also be considered. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, proactive and confident managing client relationships, with a genuine enthusiasm for business development and long-term career progression.
