About The Role
This full-time position as an Employment Solicitor in Warwickshire suits a lawyer with four or more years' post-qualification experience. Based with an established firm, the successful candidate will manage a varied caseload covering contentious and non-contentious matters. The Role
You will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of employment matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work. This will include employment tribunal claims, disciplinary and grievance matters, settlement agreements, redundancy, performance management, contracts and policies, and general day-to-day employment advice.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Employment Solicitors with 4+ years' PQE and solid experience across a broad range of employment matters.
You will ideally have experience managing your own caseload, strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, proactive and confident when dealing directly with clients.
You will be a strong team player with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and contribute positively to the wider success of the department.
