Employment Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Exeter, GBP 60,000+ (DOE): We're seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded Employment team in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative practice recognised for delivering practical, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base. REF:4683.

The Role

As part of a growing team, you will work on a varied and engaging caseload, advising employers, senior executives and HR professionals on both strategic and day-to-day employment matters.

  • Advise on complex workplace disputes and Employment Tribunal claims.
  • Support employers with disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues.
  • Draft and negotiate employment documentation, policies and settlement agreements.
  • Provide employment law support on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
  • Deliver commercially focused advice on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Skills Required

Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE

  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of employment law matters.
  • Experience advising employers, with exposure to employee work also welcomed.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commercial, solutions-focused approach to client advice.
  • The ability to manage a varied workload effectively while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confidence in taking ownership of matters and working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.
