Employment Solicitor / Associate | 4–5 PQE | Reading / London
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor / Associate to join a highly regarded Top 500 firm in Reading / London.
The role would suit an employment lawyer at around 4–5 PQE who is looking for a varied, high-quality caseload within a genuinely collaborative team.
You’ll advise both businesses and individuals across a broad range of predominantly non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Disciplinary, grievance and performance management advice
- Redundancies, restructures and organisational change
- TUPE
- Restrictive covenants and team moves
- Settlement agreements and exits
- Workplace investigations
- General day-to-day employment advice to employers and individuals
