About The Role
Employment Solicitor, 2-5 years PQE, Leicester, £Competitive (DOE) – A leading regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor into their thriving and growing team. JOB REF:5232.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in employment law to work on complex cases, providing strategic advice to a diverse client base.
Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with at least 2 years of experience in advising both employers and employees.
- Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE, redundancy, and termination issues.
- Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings and negotiation meetings.
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, and internal policies.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
