JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor

PQE: NQ+ PQE

LOCATION: Suffolk

SALARY: Circa GBP 50,000 plus

Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join the reputable team of a leading regional practice in Suffolk. The role will include advising across a broad range of employment matters as well as receiving support from the experienced associates and partners within the team. Assisting on a busy caseload, you will be gaining exposure to both contentious and non-contentious related employment matters including supporting in Tribunal cases, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements as well as policies and procedures. You will also be advising on and managing employment tribunal matters, including drafting ET1s, ET3s, and related documentation. Throughout your role at this firm, you will be supporting the development of the business through networking activities, meeting with people face-to-face and remotely.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors with 2-6 years of experience. You will have a strong academic background, as well as experience advising on employment law matters. You should be able to manage your own caseload effectively while still offering support across the team. Your approach to work should be client-focused, backed by strong communication skills which will aid in building relationships with clients.
