A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) to join a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm based in Shropshire- Hybrid
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior employment lawyer looking to build their career within a supportive and ambitious team, with a strong focus on training, mentoring and long-term development. The firm has an excellent reputation for investing in junior lawyers and provides a clear pathway for progression.
You will work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to high-quality and complex employment matters while continuing to develop your technical expertise and client management skills.

The Role
The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of employment matters, including:
- Advising employers and senior individuals on complex employment issues
- Supporting on high-value and strategically important cases
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support
- Working closely with Partners on client strategy and service delivery
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development opportunities
- Developing your professional profile within the market
This role would suit an ambitious Employment Solicitor who is keen to progress their career within a leading regional practice and be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
