Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Employment Solicitor. The role involves advising clients on a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including workplace disputes, contracts, policies, dismissals, discrimination, and redundancy issues. The Employment Solicitor will draft and review employment contracts, staff handbooks, and HR documentation, and represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and tribunal proceedings where required.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied caseload
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing correspondence and legal opinions
- Liaising with clients, external counsel, and other stakeholders
The role also includes contributing to internal know-how, supporting business development initiatives, and maintaining accurate, timely file management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- 3 years + PQE Qualified employment solicitor (or equivalent) with a valid practicing certificate and experience in an employment law or HR advisory setting.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly to clients.
- Proven ability to manage a remote workload independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple matters concurrently.
- Strong client relationship skills, a collaborative mindset, and commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
- Experience with employment tribunals or dispute resolution procedures is advantageous.
