Employment Solicitor — London
London | 2+ PQE
An established and growing London law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious Employment Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join its expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive, entrepreneurial environment, with genuine scope to take responsibility for their own matters and develop strong client relationships.
The role
You will join a growing Employment team within the firm's wider Dispute Resolution practice.
The role will involve:
- Advising employers and employees across a broad range of employment matters
- Handling contentious and non-contentious employment work
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate support
- Developing and maintaining direct client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm's Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives

About you
We are looking for a solicitor with:
- 2+ years' PQE
- Strong Employment experience
- Excellent technical, drafting, and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- The confidence to deal directly with clients
- A proactive and entrepreneurial approach
- A genuine interest in developing your career and contributing to the growth of a team

The opportunity
This is a role for someone who wants more than simply managing a caseload. You will have the opportunity to develop your own profile, build client relationships, and play an active part in the continued growth of the Employment practice.
