About the Firm
Our client is a highly regarded Legal 500 firm with offices throughout Kent. They have established a strong reputation across various sectors, particularly in employment law.
Role Overview
The team is seeking an experienced employment solicitor with a minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE). Candidates should have gained experience either from a City firm or an established regional firm.

- Experience: Both contentious and non-contentious work with a preference for respondent work (70/30 split).
- Client Base: The firm’s clients span a broad range of sectors, including sport, financial services, retail, and SMEs.
- Tribunal Work: Experience in tribunal work is advantageous.
- Network: A portable client list or contacts from referral networks is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the employment team.
- Be involved in all areas of business and client development.
- Assist in the development and expansion of the team.
