We are working with a highly regarded specialist law firm in London that is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join its top-ranked team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with between one and four years' PQE to work on complex and high-value employment matters, advising senior executives, partners, and employers across a range of sectors.
You will work alongside recognised specialists on high-profile disputes, strategic advisory work, and partnership matters, gaining exposure to excellent quality work from the outset.
Typical Duties
- Advising senior executives, partners, and employers on a broad range of employment law matters.
- Managing Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, including complex and high-value disputes.
- Negotiating settlement agreements, exits, and workplace disputes.
- Providing strategic employment law advice to help clients manage risk and resolve issues.
- Supporting business development activities and building strong client relationships.

Successful Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with between 1 and 4 years' PQE in Employment Law.
- Strong technical knowledge with experience handling contentious and advisory employment matters.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Commercially aware with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Ambitious, organised, and keen to develop a long-term career within a specialist employment practice.
