Chambers is working with a Top tier Legal 500 accredited law firm, due to growth they are currently recruiting a Associate to join their Employment Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- A mix of contentious and non-contentious matters and general advisory work
- Your own caseload and client relationships – we pride ourselves on taking the time to get to know each client and you will play a key role in nurturing new and existing relationships
- A range of employment matters supporting our transactional teams including corporate, commercial, and business restructuring and insolvency teams
- Supporting senior colleagues on complex matters, whilst also mentoring and supervising Associates and Trainee Solicitors
- Assisting with business development initiatives
- Designing and delivering in person and virtual training and presentation

Key Requirements:
- 2- 4 Year's PQE Corporate Associate experience
- Strong technical corporate law knowledge and excellent commercial awareness.
- Experience managing your own workload and contributing effectively to transactions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ambition to continue developing your expertise across the full spectrum of corporate work.
