The Role
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor to join a highly ranked practice at a leading international law firm. The role sits within a market-leading global practice and part of a broader people-focused group covering the full spectrum of workforce-related legal advice, advising global businesses across a range of sectors including financial services, retail, media, technology, transport and food and beverage.
Stepping into this role, you can expect a broad mix of high-quality work ranging from HR advisory, global project work, corporate and M&A support, restructuring, DEI projects, investigations, advice on senior exits, and outsourcing. You will also work on large global projects with other lawyers across the firm internationally.

Required Experience, Skills, and Attributes
- Good academic record.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law and experience advising large businesses on employment-related matters.
- Transactional support experience.
- You will ideally have experience of working with international clients.
- Capability to perform tasks autonomously.
- Advanced drafting skills and legal research ability.
