About The Role
The Employment Solicitor position, based in West Yorkshire, offers a salary between £45,000 and £75,000 per annum depending on experience. The Role
Join an award-winning law firm seeking to invest in the growth of its highly regarded Employment team.
- An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Solicitor or Partner to handle a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Advise a diverse client base and manage matters such as discrimination, unfair dismissal, employment tribunal litigation, settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures, contracts of employment, policies and HR advisory work.
- Liaise with company commercial and corporate departments whilst simultaneously advising clients with respect to employment issues associated with share and asset TUPE sales.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Senior Employment Solicitors who possess at least 5 years PQE, alongside Partners who can demonstrate a proven track record of advising clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent technical expertise, strong commercial awareness, and an ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates with experience of business development and networking who boast an existing client following will be particularly attractive during the application process.
- You will be an ambitious and collaborative Lawyer with the ability to lead complex matters, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the ongoing success and strategic direction of the employment team.
