Employment Solicitor | Manchester | £65,000–£85,000 DOE

Oculus are currently partnering with a prestigious Top 100 law firm to recruit an exceptional Employment Solicitor to join its team in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a national firm offering high-quality work, genuine career progression, and a flexible hybrid working arrangement, without the office politics or red tape often associated with larger organisations.

The Opportunity:

  • You'll handle a broad range of complex Employment matters across a diverse range of commercial sectors, including:
    • Advising on employment contracts and related documentation
    • Handling disciplinary and grievance matters
    • Advising on restructuring, redundancy, and TUPE transfers
    • Managing employment disputes, tribunal proceedings, and High Court claims
    • Advising on restrictive covenants
    • Handling whistleblowing matters and workplace investigations
    • Advising on exit strategies, settlement agreements, and severance packages
