Role Description
This is a full-time, Employment Solicitor role based in Milton Keynes. The Employment Solicitor will advise and represent employer and employee clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including contracts, policies, disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy, restructuring, and settlement agreements.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Drafting and reviewing employment documentation
- Handling advisory work
- Managing case files
- Preparing for and conducting Employment Tribunal proceedings
The role involves working closely with colleagues across the firm, contributing to business development activities, and maintaining high standards of client care and professional ethics. The solicitor will also keep up to date with legislative developments and ensure advice is accurate, timely, and commercially focused.

Qualifications
- Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE (or equivalent) and experience in advisory and contentious work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and sensitively.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with a client-focused and commercially aware approach.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
