Overview

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out tasks such as:

  • Advising clients on a broad range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
  • Managing a caseload and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Supervising and managing junior members of the team.
  • Be responsible for marketing and business development, along with client relationship management.

The Candidate

The firm is looking for a Solicitor that has a track record of managing their own caseload and has experience managing junior Solicitors and paralegals.

  • You should be able to lead by example and demonstrate strong and supportive leadership skills.
  • You should also have 4+ years experience in dealing with employment matters.

  • It would also be beneficial if you have an established track record of meeting financial targets.
