Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking specialist practice based in Greater Manchester. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Employment Solicitor to join their team.

The Role
Working closely with experienced practitioners, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise across a broad range of employment law matters while building strong client relationships from day one.
This role offers significant responsibility and direct client contact, allowing you to develop practical legal skills and commercial awareness in a real-world setting.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- NQ to 1 year PQE in Employment Law. If NQ a strong Employment seat is required
- A professional, approachable, and client-focused manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering practical solutions
- The drive to learn, develop, and build a successful career in employment law
