This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded employment boutique based in Greater Manchester. Acting exclusively within employment law, the firm advises businesses on a wide range of workplace matters and has built a strong reputation for delivering pragmatic, client-focused advice. The team offers a supportive environment, excellent training and the opportunity to work closely with experienced employment specialists.
Your new role
You will join a specialist employment team advising employer clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role will include tribunal litigation, employment advisory work, workplace investigations, settlement agreements and day-to-day HR support. Working directly alongside experienced lawyers, you will quickly gain responsibility, client exposure and the opportunity to play a key role in developing client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or have up to 2 years' PQE with a strong grounding in employment law. Applicants must be able to demonstrate relevant employment law experience gained during their training contract and/or post-qualification role. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a commercial, client-focused approach. A genuine passion for employment law and the ability to build strong client relationships are essential.
