Employment Solicitor (NQ – 3 PQE) | Boutique London Firm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a junior Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded boutique London firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer looking to develop their career within a close-knit team, working directly alongside an experienced Partner on a broad range of high-quality matters.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to both contentious and non-contentious employment work, acting for a varied client base including employers and employees across a range of sectors.

- Working closely with the Partner on a wide range of employment matters.
- Advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
- Handling matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, grievances, disciplinary processes, settlement agreements, employment contracts, and policies.
- Supporting on employment tribunal claims and dispute resolution.
- Advising both employer and employee clients, providing practical and commercially focused advice.
- Building strong client relationships and developing technical expertise within a supportive environment.

- An NQ – 3 PQE Employment Solicitor.
- Strong training and experience within employment law.
- Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A motivated lawyer looking for quality work and genuine career development within a boutique practice.
