Employment Solicitor – Leeds ⚡
Are you an Employment Solicitor, NQ to 3 years' PQE, looking for your next move?
My client is a well-established Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm based in Leeds. They act for a broad range of clients across a variety of sectors, advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
The role will include:
- Advising on a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work
- Handling Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing
- Drafting and advising on employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
- Supporting on TUPE, restructuring, and redundancy processes
- Advising clients on day-to-day HR and employee relations issues
- Contributing to business development and client training

Salary: £55,000+ plus benefits.
