TSR Legal are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded, progressive law firm with a strong presence in Cardiff and an established reputation across Wales.
Due to continued growth and the ongoing development of its Employment practice, the firm is seeking to appoint an Employment Solicitor / Partner with 7+ years’ PQE
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a well-established and ambitious practice. The successful candidate will handle a sophisticated and varied caseload, advising a broad range of clients across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- You will have the opportunity to advise on complex employment issues, including employment contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, termination, settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal litigation.
- The role will involve providing commercially focused advice, managing matters with a high degree of autonomy and developing strong client relationships.

Working closely with highly regarded Employment Partners, you will be exposed to complex and high-value matters while continuing to develop your technical expertise, commercial judgement and client management skills. There will also be scope to become involved in business development and contribute to the continued growth and profile of the Employment team.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Employment Solicitor with a strong technical grounding and the confidence to manage their own caseload and client relationships. You will be commercially minded, personable and keen to play an active role in a successful and growing practice.
