Opportunity for an Employment Associate to join a leading London law firm with a Legal 500 ranked Employment practice.
The Firm
My client is a highly regarded London-based firm with a standout reputation in the real estate and private wealth sectors.
The firm boast a Legal 500 recognised Employment & Partnerships team who act for employers, partnerships, senior executives, and HNW individuals.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment Associate to join a busy and well-regarded practice.
The role offers exposure to a broad mix of advisory, transactional, and contentious employment matters, providing an excellent platform for professional development.
The team advises on the full lifecycle of the employment relationship, from recruitment and contractual arrangements through to workplace disputes, workplace well-being, ESG, data protection, investigations, exits, and post-termination matters.

The new hire will also have the opportunity to work on partnership-related issues and high-profile employment disputes.
The role will involve:
- Supporting contentious and non-contentious employment work, including workplace disputes, disciplinary and grievance matters, and employment tribunal claims
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, service agreements, policies, and settlement agreements
- Advising on partnership matters, including admissions, exits, and disputes
- Assisting with workplace investigations and sensitive internal matters

Required
- UK qualified solicitor with 1 - 5 years' PQE
- Experience gained at a recognised law firm
- Strong experience advising both employer and individual clients
- Experience of workplace investigations is advantageous but not essential
