Senior Employment Solicitor | Senior Associate | National Law Firm
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + Bonus
Working: Hybrid
Location: Birmingham
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Solicitor / Senior Associate to join a leading national law firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality employment advice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking team that genuinely puts its people first, offering an exceptional work-life balance, flexible working and a clear pathway for progression.
You will join a highly regarded national Employment team of 15 fee earners, working alongside experienced Partners and handling a varied caseload of high-value employment matters.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of employment matters, including:

- A mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work
- Predominantly respondent-side matters
- High-value employment disputes
- Complex advisory work across a variety of sectors
- Working closely with experienced Partners and a wider national team
This role offers excellent exposure to quality work, strong client relationships and the opportunity to progress towards Partnership.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Senior Associate level Employment experience
- Strong experience handling respondent employment matters
- Experience managing complex and high-value cases
- A commercial approach and excellent client communication skills
- A desire to develop within a supportive and ambitious team
