Senior Employment Solicitor | Senior Associate | National Law Firm

Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + Bonus
Working: Hybrid
Location: Birmingham

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Solicitor / Senior Associate to join a leading national law firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality employment advice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking team that genuinely puts its people first, offering an exceptional work-life balance, flexible working and a clear pathway for progression.

You will join a highly regarded national Employment team of 15 fee earners, working alongside experienced Partners and handling a varied caseload of high-value employment matters.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Senior Associate level Employment experience
  • Strong experience handling respondent employment matters
  • Experience managing complex and high-value cases
  • A commercial approach and excellent client communication skills
  • A desire to develop within a supportive and ambitious team
