Are you a 5 years+ PQE Solicitor ready to step out of a rigid corporate structure and into a role where your work directly shapes the business?

We are looking for a 5yrs+ PQE proactive and commercially minded Employment Solicitor who is excited by the opportunity to help shape and grow a thriving practice.

Working alongside a recognised high reputation Employment Principal, you will play a key role in the next phase of growth for the team. You will be confident in managing your own matters, supporting junior colleagues, and contributing to the development of a high-performing and ambitious Practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advisory & Drafting: Draft, review, and advise on employment contracts, director service agreements, restrictive covenants, staff handbooks, and workplace policies.
  • Contentious Caseload: Handle Employment Tribunal matters from start to finish (including ACAS conciliation, drafting pleadings, witness statements, and instructing counsel).
  • Corporate Support: Assist corporate teams on employment aspects of M&A transactions, reorganisations, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Provide practical, commercial HR advisory support to business owners, HR managers, and corporate leadership.
  • Team & Business Growth: Mentor junior solicitors and paralegals, while actively taking part in marketing and networking activities to expand the firm’s client base.
